- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After multiple hand surgeries and no relief from my pain, I went to see Dr. Johnston for a second opinion. He was very thorough and you can tell he truly cares about the well being of his patients. Unlike the previous surgeon, he was very methodical in developing his diagnosis, answered all of my questions in a way that was easy for me to understand, and did not just want to dive in and perform a surgery. He took the time to discuss all of my options and develop a treatment plan with me. He has helped me manage my pain conservatively and avoid another surgery.
