- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪As far as surgery goes, I don't know how to rate an experience I never had. I had a wisdom tooth with an emergency need to get it extracted. After confirming my medicaid would cover the surgery, I was told that the only available appointments to me were one appointment a month, and I could not be seen the first month due to family circumstances. The secretary was extremely unhelpful. The manager called me today and proceeded to tell me (in so many words) that I am a medicaid patient and it is a luxury to me, and they only serve medicaid patients twice a month. I felt extremely discriminated by her. This office does not care about it's patients unless they hold traditional dental insurance.September 06, 2017by Kendra Erin McMahan
